We are a church with:
· a new, energized, Lead Pastor that’s focused on innovation, community, and outreach.
· committed, established, adult volunteer leaders eager to serve and challenge youth.
· a history of strong financial support for youth ministry.
· 725 members located in the heart of the western suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
· 40-50 students attending Sunday and Wednesday events
We need a Youth Pastor:
· who is ready to carry out the church vision and to dream the next chapter of Senior High Ministry.
· mature in their personal faith and called by God to youth ministry.
· committed to relationships with youth and adults.
· committed to focus on service and community involvement.
· able to partner with a broader pastoral team looking for integration opportunities.
· capable of organizing and coordinating a growing youth ministry.
· who has at least three years of successful full-time ministry experience.
· who has at a minimum a Bachelors Degree.
